Church Support Team

Just as our churches equip people for ministry, the Church Support Team equips our churches to do that work well. We provide the shared expertise and systems—HR, finance, communications, creative, operations, and more—that let pastors and local staff stay focused on shepherding people, not managing systems, while each church remains locally led.
