At Northwest Gospel Church, our family life ministries exist to equip the community of faith to pass on the faith. This role exists to play a vital role in this equipping, coming alongside parents, our Family Life Team, and our volunteer youth staff to see our students graduate as mature and godly Christians. The Youth Minister is the primary oversight in the areas of leadership recruitment and training, preaching, vision, weekly gatherings, and large events for the youth ministry (high school and middle school).

The EV Nursery Coordinator works alongside the EV Kids Minister to provide effective support services for gospel ministry to families and their children (aged Birth-PreK). Support for the Nursery includes managing all scheduling and meetings for Nursery activities, correspondence with Nursery volunteers and parents, curriculum preparation, and classroom maintenance. Someone who will be successful in this role is one who has excellent organizational skills, is motivated, takes initiative, resourceful, attentive to detail, and someone who leads with a positive attitude to anticipate needs and joyfully fulfill them with attention to excellence, timeliness, professionalism, and effectiveness in a high-paced, rapidly-changing environment. This position requires a high degree of variability and flexibility within a continuously changing and evolving organization. This position reports to and works closely with the Kids Minister. The Nursery Coordinator will be working directly with NGC staff as well as members of the church and volunteers. This is an hourly, part-time position between 20-25 hours per week with occasional overtime for large projects or events.
